Rice, soup stock...we are particular about the ingredients.

[Uses home-grown Asahi rice.] This rice was born in Okayama Prefecture and continues to be produced only in Okayama.This rice has a slight sweetness and is large and voluminous.[Konbu] The unique sticky ingredients that come out when you boil kelp are water-soluble dietary fibers unique to seaweed, such as alginic acid and fucodine, and are packed with ingredients that are very good for your body.

[Iriko] Contains plenty of DHA and EPA, which are attracting attention for their various health effects, such as vitamin B group, vitamin E, calcium, and iron.[Dried shiitake mushrooms] Drying fresh shiitake mushrooms is rich in vitamin B12 and vitamin D, which promotes absorption of calcium and phosphorus and strengthens bones!
